When does my protection begin?

Appliance protection begins 30 days after approved enrollment and first payment. You will receive a letter confirming the start date, coverage selections and pricing.

What if I have an appliance with a  “pre-existing condition”?

The U-Pick-4 Appliance Protection Plan does not cover appliances with pre-existing conditions at the time plan coverage begins.

What if I want to cancel my coverage?

If you have not accessed service on the plan, you may cancel at any time, with a 30-day notice. If you have accessed coverage, you have the option of paying the total remaining balance for the 12-month agreement, or any bill assumed by the plan.
